Calabria dia due: the art of bread making.

i didn't take any notes during the bread making - i was too enthralled with the process, the nonna, and the sunshine. i did learn that to test the temperature of the oven, they put in a wet rag to see how fast it dries. the word is "scupalo" which can also be used to describe someone with an ugly face.

 so here is my artistic way to explain it through pictures:
